Return & Cancellation Policy

⚡ The Short Version
No returns. Each casing is custom 3D-printed to your color specification. However, you may cancel your order at any time before it ships.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before we mark it as "Shipped". This includes the following order statuses:
- Pending — order received, awaiting payment
- Paid — payment confirmed, not yet printing
- Processing — order being prepared
- Printing — casing is on the print bed
To cancel, use the cancellation link on your order confirmation page, or email hello@apbracelets.ch with your order number.
If payment was already made, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Because each pocket watch casing is custom-made to order (3D-printed in your chosen Bambu Lab filament color), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has shipped.
This is in accordance with Swiss consumer law regarding custom-manufactured goods.
3. Defective Items
If your casing arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@apbracelets.ch with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect
We will either reprint and reship at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
4. Free STL Downloads
The free STL file is provided "as is" without warranty. No refunds or support for self-printed casings. Print at your own risk and skill level.
