AP Bracelets is operated from Lausanne, Switzerland. We design and 3D-print pocket watch casings compatible with Swatch × Audemars Piguet watches. Contact: hello@apbracelets.ch
2. Data We Collect
When you place an order ("Print It for Me"), we collect:
- Name — to address your package and invoice
- Email — to send order confirmation and payment instructions
- Phone (optional) — for delivery issues only
- Shipping address — to deliver your order
- Order details — product, color, quantity, currency
When you download the free STL file, we collect no personal data. No account, no email required.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Process and fulfill your order
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Handle cancellations or support requests
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your shipping address with:
- Postal / courier services (Swiss Post, DHL, etc.) for delivery
- Payment processors (Stripe, TWINT) for payment handling
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Order data is retained for 2 years for accounting and legal obligations under Swiss law (OR Art. 957). You may request deletion of your data after order completion by emailing us.
6. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for the Django CSRF protection and session management. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party cookies.
7. Your Rights
Under the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nDSG) and GDPR (for EU customers), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to data processing

All data is stored in a secure database. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe).
